In a joint collaboration, Dubai Exports and the Chamber of Commerce Munich/Oberbayern designed a Roadshow for companies from Dubai and the Emirates on market entry possibilities to Germany.‎ Dubai Exports’ trade missions provided an invaluable opportunity for companies to gain first-hand knowledge of potential European markets through meeting public and private sector representatives from Germany. The participating companies got market briefings, a knowledge of market sales channels and interaction with potential buyers, agents, distributors and trade facilitators, including logistics firms, trade financiers, and government departments, customs departments and chambers of commerce.

Dubai Export was supported by a guest speaker of Consultinghouse. „The main objective of our part at the Dubai Exports Roadshow in Munich was to inform everyone how companies can differentiate themselves by capturing the German market” said Andreas Wilke, Client Relation Manager at Consultinghouse after the Event. “Furthermore, we gave some insights on the cultural challenges companies have faced in the past, when expanding their operations into the German market.“

After the presentation, the company representatives come together for a network and get-together in the afternoon as well as to talk in One2One meetings about their market entry strategy.
