THE CHALLENGE

Too Faced knows that happy employees mean happy cosmetic consumers. Paying out wages accurately and on time is probably a basic, yet important element to keep employees happy pleased and engaged. Once finalised, the HR-Heros from Too Faced receive a notification that their monthly company payroll reports, as well as the payslips for their 45 beauty consultants are ready to be viewed and approved in their customer portal.

All 45 beauty consultants are being paid accurately and on time. The individual employee can login 24/7 to view her or his personal monthly payroll slip.
