Trussardi is an Italian luxury fashion brand based in Milan, Italy and specialized in leather goods, ready-to-wear, perfumes, and accessories.
Trussardi is part of the Apparel, Piece Goods, and Notions Merchant Wholesalers Industry. The company has over 100 stores and branches worldwid and generates $11.47 million in sales (USD).

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

The correct implementation of payroll has become increasingly complicated for internationally operating companies in recent months, also due to Covid-19. Store closings, short-time work, temporary staff and the collaboration and paying of influencers are becoming more and more complex.

Trussardi wanted to start from scratch with a Payroll partner who can not only cover these points, but already has experience in the retail and fashion industry and the payroll processing of the same.

It was important to Trussardi to have fast and transparent information about their German workforce in real time and at a fingertip. As well as to have ensured, that employees are paid correctly and on time.

Furthermore, Trussardi needed support in the preperation of an offer letter and the entire onbaording and recruiting proses om a very short notice.
